Students shall provide truthful information. A student providing false information will be subject to penalties under Section 47 of the Communicable Disease Control Act and Section 137 of the Penal Code, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
